As of July 1st 2016, White Rhino will not longer be shipping any products to residents in Utah or Indiana because these states have banned online sales of vape products. Vape products including ejuice and any hardware related to ejuice. The ban is due to the fact that checking of ID is not face to face as it would be in a vape store.
